Online business copy-cats.

01/07/2011 : What do you do when you have an online business helping people start up online. And, two very spiteful girls, (I say girls because they acting like schoolgirls in a playground and have never grown out of this phase in their lives). These two aforementioned individuals copy everything my close friend does, is it because they cannot think of anything themselves. I would dearly like to know if anyone else has this sort of problem, and how does one deal with it!.

11/07/2011 : I am 25 years old my boyfriend is 50. He has 3 kids, one which is older than me.He is not at all a sugar daddy because we have struggled together. We have been together for 6 years (on and off). We are each others only friend as well. We do not trust each other. I am not physically attracted to him anymore.I one day can imagine my self , by myself..and the next I feel like I am too comfortable in my life with him...someone please help me on this...I truly need advice

21/07/2011 : i was nominated from my workplace and underwent a training at an oganization to become a master trainer .Now when the time has come come to condcut the training,the organization asked the workplace to appoint a focal person ,the workplace in reply has appointed some one else as the focal person,who is a senior collegue but knows nothing anout what is going to happen.Moreover the workplace has asked the appointed focal person to contact me for the further implementation of the plan.I find this highly annoying and stressfull! is there any way to cope with the situation?
