28/09/2009 : I split up with my partener a year ago and our 3 year old daughter lives with her. I had to go to court to get rights to see my daughter and we are supposed to see each other at a contact centre because my ex told lies about me and I am not allowed to see her on my own. She never brings our child to the conatct centre so I do not see her. Is there anything I can do without going to court? I do not have much money and I just want to see my little girl. 29/09/2009 : I have been narried for 5 years the marraige was ok at first, for the first 2 years. First of all my husband started to go out without me and to cut a long story short he goes out all the time now and comes home late about 3 nights of the week. The other days he comes home at about 8.30 after going to the pub, he ordres a takeaway eats it in drunken silence and then falls asleep on the sofa. I have asked him to stop. He stops for 1 day then carries on. I have had enough and he says he was like this before we married and i should get used to it.

29/09/2009 : I have been with my partner for 2 years we are both 29. She became pregnant 5 months ago. At first we were going to get rid of the baby and we went to a clinic for a consultation. I used to work at home and now I have a job that means I am out of the house all day and can't helpas much as I used to with the baby.
