1. Do I have to register?
No, in some cases we believe that you will feel more confident in asking a question if you know for certain that your question has been posted anonymously - say from an Internet Cafe.
2. If I do register are there any benefits?
Yes, if you register we will know your email address and your computer can log you on to the system. Therefore you can quickly see what questions you have asked, get notification of new answers by email (optional), your own free and editable Best Friends profile page and you won't have to enter any anti-spam codes when posting to the site.
3. If I register and then ask a question will people know it is me?
We never publish your email address. Your Screen name and any information you have posted in your Profile is displayed. If you want to register but don't want people to guess that its you, please use a different username for our site.
4. How do I ask a question?
To ask a question click the 'Post a Question' link on the top navigation. Then follow the instructions on that page. Once you have finished click 'Submit'.
5. How do I answer a question?
Simply click the 'Add an answer' link at the bottom of each question. This will take you to the 'Answer a question page'. Fill in the requested information and click 'Submit&
6. Do I have to pay to ask a question?
No. There is no payment required. All our questions are answered by members of the public and they do it for free.
7. How do I become a 'Best Friend?
Best Friends are our hardest working and most helpful members. To reward them we give them credit by appearing on the 'Best Friends' list and show the category position they are in. You will automatically become a 'Best Friend' by helping and answering as many questions as you can - if these are deemed to be rated well by other registered users - then you will become a 'Best Friend&
8. How do I get high votes as a best friend?
You will get a higher position on the Best Friends table by writing better advice for other members. If your answers are consistently higher rated than others you will gain a higher rating.
