Question Detail: I am loneley since my wife died.

I am loneley since my wife died.

My wifr died recently we had been married for 38 years. She had been ill for some time, I thought it would be a relief. But now she is gone I am sad through to my bones. I can barely get out of bed. I know this is a challenge I must face and win for the sake of her memory but it feels like the best part of me has gone. Are there societies that I can join and meet people with the same issues?

Anonymous replies: There are many people both men and women who are in your situation, you do not have to be alone. I suggest you go to google and type in recently bereaved and find a support group in you area. Good lick
