Is she pregant

My daughter is 14. I ahve never spoken to her about sex, I left all that to her Mum. Her Mum left us about 2 years ago and I hoped that she had had all the girly chats she needed by then. Now she is putting on weight but she is trying to hide it by dressing in big clothes. It occurred to me that she may be pregnant. What is the best way of broaching this with her?

littleblondie replies: if you get it out there in the open and just ask you'll both feel so much better. if she is she will really need you right now but may be too scared to ask for your help.just make sure you dont scream at her, try and keep your calm no matter what.

Anonymous replies: Ask her. Get a grip, we are in the 21st centuary man, girls can talk about periods n stuff, just ask her if shes regular at the moment. If she asks why you are asking, tell her that you are scared that she is pregnant. Honestly!
