My parents are getting divorced.

I am 17 and when I went home for Xmas my parents told me they would be splitting upn this year. I am an only child and have no-one to talk to about this. They also said they only stayed together for my sake which made me feel guilty. Who can I talk to?

Anonymous replies: It is unfair that they seem to lay their problems at your door by saying they were waiting for you to grow up before they split. Although I have heard this a lot. Tell them that they have to sort out their problems without involving you, you cannot be expected to take sides. Then go and build a life and learn from their mistakes.
