My parents are splitting up

I am 19 and I ahve just found out my parents are going to split. They always said they would when I left home but I did not believe them. Now they are doing it. I feel like I shoild not be so upset as I am 19 now but I am. Are there any sites I can got to to share my experiences?

Anonymous replies: It is always a shock when parents split even if you thought you kniew it was coming. I would accept that they are splitting up and try not to take siades. There are many forums you can join to discuss how you are feeling. You are a grown man now though and you should get on with your own life and not worry too much aboutn them.
