29/03/2010 : I have begun pinchinh my skin until the skin breaks and bruises. I am 16. Sometimes I feel this is not enough and I want to stick forks and things into my arms. I know this is not good but I cannot stop myself. I don't know what to do, who can I talk to about this?

02/01/2010 : I am 16. Recently may best friend and I palyed a game where we saw who could hold their hands in the steam from the kettle for the longest. We were both a bit drunk. I can't stop thinking about it. In fact I started doing it on my onw the other day. Is this self harming? I did it until a blister came up this morning.

30/12/2009 : I went to the Dr about 3 months ago and I had to have an injection. It was to calm me down because my Dad has died and I can't stop thinking about that. Ever since then I don't think about my Dad anymore I just think about how the needle felt when it went in. I don't want to inject myself with anything I just want to feel that needle go in again. I think any way. What should I do?

29/10/2009 : I have been at university for 6 weeks. We have these seminars where we are supposed to speak up with an opiniion. I am too shy and the tutor is starting to notice. When I get back to my room if I stick a pin in my self the pain calms me down. I know this is wrong what should I do?

25/10/2009 : I am 19 year old girl. My friend keeps on getting tatoos. She is becoming covered in them. She does not even go to a proper tattoist she gets her friend to do them and they look terrible.Its like she cant stop herself. How can I help her and is this self harm?
