02/07/2007 : I am at the end of a long degree and failed finals. I'm exhausted demotivated, in debt and not keen to work in the area I've studied. I feel duped by the system as I left with good GCSEs and A levels and could have gone straight into work. Where can I go for advice? Family are too biased and money-hungry

I am being victimised at work and I think my boss is going to sack me

28/05/2007 : I am being picked on all the time by my boss. It is a small company and she is the company owner. It seems like I have fallen out of favour although I am doing my job properly the same as before. I am really not enjoying myself anymore in this job but dont want to be beaten and resign. Someone said to me that this is constructive dismissal and that I can take her to court. But, do I really want to suggest this to her and do I still have to work there even if I am going to claim to constructive dismissal?

15/05/2007 : My boss at work is a real nightmare. He constantly undermines me in front of other members of staff and picks me up on everything i do it's so bad at time that i leave the office in tears? It's a well paid job and i don't have time to go job hunting what should i do
